2. Service Description

Trendy Travel Trips is a travel agency that provides travel booking services, including but not limited to:

  • Flight reservations and ticketing
  • Hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Car rental services
  • Travel insurance
  • Cruise bookings
  • Travel planning and consultation services

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received

3.3 Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly disclosed before booking confirmation. These fees are non-refundable and cover our professional services and booking administration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter)
  • Cancellation fees apply as per the terms of individual service providers
  • Our service fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed according to supplier terms and conditions

4.2 Cancellation by Suppliers

If a service provider cancels your booking, we will assist in finding alternative arrangements or processing refunds according to the supplier's terms.

4.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemics.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including:

  • Valid passport with appropriate validity period
  • Required visas for your destination
  • Vaccination certificates where required
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

We provide general guidance but are not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for our services. We are not liable for:

  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Consequential or indirect damages

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against these risks.

7. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for bookings
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the terms and conditions of service providers
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your requirements
  • Behave appropriately and not engage in illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trendy Travel Trips or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing within 30 days of the issue occurring. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

10.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

10.3 Mediation

We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
